INTRODUCING CUSTOMERS TO THE FULL POTENTIAL OF FEI SOLUTIONS

Our innovative technology solutions are drastically changing the way many of our customers manage social service programs. In some instances, our implementations are transforming previously paper-based processes to digital workflows, requiring hundreds, or even thousands, of people to learn completely new ways of doing their jobs.  

 At FEI, our training and development team plays in an instrumental role in helping our customers do that. Well beyond the implementation phase, our training professionals are available to customers to address ongoing learning needs and ensure future success. In fact, the team recently introduced a new online learning system (LMS) that gives our customers digital access to product training 24/7.  

 This small, but mighty, team of specialists has more than 40 years combined experience developing training courses, manuals and materials to help customers use our solutions to their full potential. They host in-person and virtual trainings and train-the-trainer sessions, and they also create video micro learnings accessible through the LMS, now known as FEI Learning.

The team meets daily to touch base on ongoing learning projects and collaborate on new initiatives and techniques. Director Marla Bolt said their relationships, team chemistry and ability to learn from each other help them provide our customers with the highest quality training.

In addition to customer support, the training and development team works in tandem with other  departments to develop courses and materials for required employee training at FEI. The team uses the FEI Learning, to help our own teams as well. You may have noticed that recent required HR trainings were completed in the LMS. And soon, you may see role-based training available to you and your colleagues on the platform, as well.

FEI Learning allows us to put together training solutions for our customers with an eye for the future. Unlike a train-the-trainer approach where customers are left on their own to train newly hired staff members, with the LMS, we can make training available 24/7. Our sophisticated platform can track what required training new users have completed and, in some cases, direct them to complete training before they are allowed to access our systems. In addition, it can provide online courses created by us or from a library of 80,000 courses on a myriad of subjects.
